This Breach of Guarantee Lawsuit is coming to the quick and easy benefit of the
People of this State because the federal government has Breached its own
Guarantee in the Constitution itself, and because it has been REQUIRED at
Section 8, Clause 1 to Provide General Welfare by way of its Section 8, Clause 5
MANDATORY DUTY to Provide Enough Money to Go Around to the People,
ENOUGH so that they won't have to get "special welfare" anymore, and aren't
getting enough "social security" benefits to get them by, BUT have instead given
the Special Interest RAILROADS and Railroad Workers SUBSIDY, which is
actually WELFARE, but as "special" people only, and have given away Billions to
Bankers as Bankers' Subsidy, which is BANKERS' SUBSIDY, or BANKERS'
WELFARE, or WELFARE, again, but have given the commom People out here
nothing more than PITY WELFARE instead, the Time has Come for this Breach of
GUARANTEE of the People's Government's RIGHTS ACTION to bring this
Enforcement of Guanrantee to Pay the Common People ...... being just as special as
those "other" big organization people already getting their SUBSIDY ...... the
money and benefits that they, the people, as in YOU, the reader, should have the
RIGHT to, because Fair is Fair after all.
